How we listen & learn
We are continually striving to improve. As part of this, we actively seek feedback from all parties, including;
- Family members - by regularly asking and questionnaires
- Care purchasers & other professionals – by means of regular dialogue and questionnaires
- CSCi (inspection) reports
- And, of course, Service users themselves !
