Oxley Woodhouse, based in Huddersfield, provides residential care for thirteen people.
The service comprises two five bed living units and a three bed apartment and supports people with very complex needs and challenging behaviour.
As the service is split over three different living units, it offers people the opportunity to access different support tiers depending upon their progress in developing their independence and daily living skills.
Oxley has very strong community links, so that people living there access a wide range of local, social and leisure activities as well as Huddersfield college and supported employment placements.
