Operating hospitals, residential homes and supported living services, we are able to meet our service users’ changing needs across the complete care pathway.

Hospitals
As a recent extension to our existing services, we provide assessment and treatment services in our purpose built hospital. Suitable for both informal patients and those detained under the Mental Health Act, we bring together the expertise of a full multidisciplinary team, including psychology and occupational therapy, in order to provide a safe and therapeutic environment in a non-secure setting. From the point of admission, we commence working towards discharge, with our primary focus upon supporting the individual to move on through the care pathway.
Residential Care
Each of our homes is unique, meaning we can identify the one best suited to a person's specific needs. The assessment process is used to identify the individual's strengths and support requirements, by considering their mental and physical health, social functioning, daily living skills, family dynamics, communication, education and occupational circumstances. This allows us to offer an individualised support package, integrating life goals, risk management and behavioural support plans.
Supported Living
As people develop their independent living skills, this offers the opportunity to progress to greater independence. Woodleigh Care also offers supported living services, under which each service user holds a tenancy agreement and receives support on staffing levels not dissimilar to our residential homes.
